		Smoky Quartz   A well saturated Smoky Quartz faceted in the "Maria´s Hexagon" Design. The star appears like in 3D. 20.96 cts., 17.5 x 12.6 mm, (available).

 

		Golden Rutile in Quartz   This is one of the biggest and most unusual Rutilated Quartz I have ever faceted. Clear Quartz with golden to reddish Rutile-needles. A flat gem to give the needles space to show their glowing without needless reflexions. A unique gem for the collector or goldsmith of high-end jewelry. Over 100 cts., 48.5 x 33.8 x 10.0 mm, (sold).

 

		Chlorite-Quartz   A very unusaul pair of rare quartz. An intense appearance of chlorite blocked the crystal growth and also causes the abruptly termination of this crystal (with only superficial chlorite and internal flawless clarity). It was one single crystal (no chance to find a second like this ...!) and the tables stood back to back together. The "pavilion" still shows the crystal in its natural state to show also with cauterized flats. 		Rutilated Quartz   Reddish-brown Rutile-Needles in white Quartz from Brasil. Not completely clear, there is a fingerprint inside and some small veils, but in all with fine reflexions. New rough from this years "Muenchener Mineralientage" 64.65cts., 29.6 x 19.6 mm, (available).

 

		Rutilated Quartz   The "Trinity"-design with only 17 facets and heavy sunburst reflexions completed with some silvery-shimmering Rutile-Needles. A giant gem: 79.02cts., 30.3 x 21.6 mm, (available).

 

		Rutil-Quartz   The biggest rutilated Quartz I have ever faceted: over 100 cts. (sorry, but my scale stops at 100 cts.!)Absolutely clear with only a few reddish-brownish needles that are reflected many times. 100+ cts., 29.6 x 19.6 mm, (sold)

		Girasol   One more of the fine Girasols I have faceted during the last weeks. This is the new computation of the older "YinYang"-design. Now it has 41 facets and some more contrasty sparkle. It was found on the gem-island of Madagascar and is eyeclean with little silk and light golden reflexes. 11.72cts., 16.2 x 11.2 mm, (available)

		Epidote   Triple-set of alpine Epidote. The centerpiece weighs 41.13cts. and has 27.1 mm in diameter, the smaller ones have 9.04 and 9.10cts. with 15.5 mm. Faceted in my "Trinity"-design.The white structures are calcite and quartz. Also found in the center of Munich! 59.27cts.,(available).

		Epidote   Another faceted piece of Epidote from the "Isar" our very wild and green river in Munich. Since the last glacial period it has brought many alpine stones and minerals. Good quality and higher grade material is hard to find. Last summer I found only 3 pieces and one was right to be faceted e.g. in this flat pyramide. 21.17cts., 21.5 x 7.4 mm, (available).

		Smoky Quartz   This is a version of the great "Opposed bar"-theme, inspired by a gem from Munichs faceter B. Pollack who has created some very fine designs. The rough was found in the valley of Binn, Wallis, South-Switzerland (famous for localities like Lengenbach, Lärcheltini for very unique mineral specimen). 39.15cts., 28.0 x 19.2 mm, (available).
